The information you provide is held in the strictest confidence and is not shared or sold.

Money-back Guarantee
There is a money-back guarantee on everything - full stop. If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, then I want to make it right.

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, I will replace it at no charge, or provide a refund/credit for the purchase price plus any taxes and shipping charges. I ask that you contact me as soon as you discover the defect or damage, so that I can address the concern with the distributor, manufacturer or delivery service in a timely manner.

If a product doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it for exchange or refund/credit for the purchase price plus any applicable taxes. Please e-mail me before you mail the returned product. Further details in Returns Policy (below).

Returns Policy
For all returns, please notify me by email in advance of mailing the item. Returns must be in the original condition and in any special packaging provided (e.g. vinyl zipped bags used for multiple skein/ball yarn orders). For your own protection, you may wish to send your returns by insured mail.

Books & Patterns: - must be mailed back to me within a week of receipt.

Yarn: - must be in the original form (i.e. skeins cannot be wound into balls) with label attached.

Needles & Accessories: - must be unused and in original packages.

Special Orders
While I am happy to look into special orders of products on your behalf, there may be minimum order requirements, particularly if I do not already have an account with the supplier. I will determine this on a case by case basis, and let you know if there is a minimum order amount.

Backorders
I try to keep sufficient levels of items in stock to meet all orders. However, occasionally I may run out and be waiting for more to arrive. I will let you know if any items you have ordered are on backorder.
