Currency
Initially, all prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CDN$). At any time, you can change the currency displayed to US Dollars (US$) or Euros (€) by clicking the currency button on the left side of the page. Prices and totals displayed in currencies other than Canadian dollars are estimates only based on recent exchange rates.

Note that your order will be charged to your credit card in Canadian Dollars (CDN$). Your credit card company then translates from Canadian Dollars to your currency when they process your transaction.

Order Process
1. Type the quantity in the box and press "Add", for each item to be ordered.

When you press Add, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page, which shows the total list of items that you have ordered so far. On this page, you can change the quantity or remove any item. The "Continue Shopping" link takes you back to the page where you added the last item to your order, as does the Back button on your browser.

2. Multiple Yarn Colour Orders - You can choose all the colours of a yarn at the same time, by filling in all the applicable quantity boxes before hitting the "Add" button, thus avoiding much to-ing and fro-ing from yarn page to shopping cart. This applies to any product where more than one item is shown on the screen, e.g. yarn, needles, books. Everything you select on the page is added to the Shopping Cart at the same time.

3. To complete the order, press "Checkout" on the Shopping Cart page, or the link on the left side of the page. You will see a Destination screen, where you select the Country, Province (if country is Canada) and enter your email address. When you click "Proceed", you will be taken to the secure Online Ordering screens.

Secure Online Ordering
Your online order is secured through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card information. (When you are in the secure area of the web site, the address at the top of the screen changes from "http" to "https" and a closed lock appears at the bottom of the screen.)

The Online Credit Card Payment screen shows a summary of your order, shipping charges and any applicable taxes (if the destination country selected is Canada). Enter your billing/shipping address and credit card information (Visa or Mastercard). Click "Make the Order" to send your encrypted order to Four Seasons and complete the ordering process.

You will receive automatic confirmation of your order by email.

Shipping Information
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped quickly. I will send you an email confirming the date your order is shipped. If there is a delay for any reason, I will let you know. All shipping is via Canada Post.

Within Canada

Your order will be sent by Regular Shipping unless you request Express Shipping in the Comment/Additional Information box when completing the order form. When you request Express Shipping, I will adjust the shipping cost before processing the charge to your credit card. Regular Shipping is sent surface by Expedited Parcel Post and takes up to 6 business days, depending on where you live. Express Shipping is sent by Xpresspost and takes 1 - 3 business days, based on destination.

Your order will be sent by Regular Shipping unless you request Express Shipping in the Comment/Additional Information box when completing the order form. When you request Express Shipping, I will adjust the shipping cost before processing the charge to your credit card. Regular Shipping is sent surface by Expedited Parcel Post and takes up to 11 business days, depending on where you live. Express Shipping is sent by Xpresspost and takes up to 5 business days, based on destination. Note, delivery estimates assume there are no delays at US Customs.

Please note: It is not my intention to profit from shipping. If the actual shipping cost is significantly less than these rates, I will adjust the shipping cost on your bill.

For International Orders, shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination and weight of the parcel. Shipping charges will show as $0 on the order form. When I receive your order, I will calculate the shipping charges (both Air and Surface), then send you an email with the details.
